Contacting Nutshell

A message is definitely the best way of contacting us.

PLEASE READ THIS:

We are open for business 8 am through 5 pm, Monday through Friday, New Zealand Standard Time.

If you live in the United States, the best time to call is late afternoon or early evening. Be aware that we may not answer.

It is easier to send us a message (use the message box on this page)

We are in New Zealand.
When you are awake, we may be asleep.
For example, lunchtime in Los Angeles is time for our breakfast, and breakfast in the United Kingdom is time for our evening meal.

New Zealand is one day ahead of most places.

If it is Friday where you are, it is probably Saturday here.
When we start work on Monday, you are most likely sleeping-in on Sunday.

What's the time in New Zealand right now ?

We believe that open and honest trading with our Customers is in the best interests of all concerned, and we expect our Customers to agree to the same principles.

If you are in any doubt about anything you read on this website, please contact Nutshell.

Nutshell Dispensation

When Nutshell commenced business, way back in 1997, it experienced problems getting US Customs approval for the importation of its products.

After the intervention of New Zealand's Ambassador to the United States, the Honorable Jim Bolger, the US Office of Internal Affairs issued Nutshell a special dispensation.
